Diego Igancio Peredo Yshiy Wins Scholarship!

Diego Ignacio Peredo Yshiy receives a $500.00 check as the winner of the Dr. Robert (“Bob”) & Maria Teresa Frans Scholarship from Sharon Garratt (r), President, and Dr. Margaret Clark (l), Vice President  & Chair of the Education Committee, of the Arkansas-East Bolivia Partners of the Americas. Diego is a sophomore from Cochabama, Bolivia at the University of Arkansas pursuing a degree from the College of Engineering with a major in Computer Sciences.
